Free Shipping within the USA.
Expect delivery times between 5 to 10 business days. Orders are shipped on weekdays (Monday through Friday - excluding holidays).
Please be sure to provide a SECURE delivery address. Simply Birkenstock is not responsible for lost or stolen items that have a confirmed delivery from the carrier.
Your package will ship via USPS or UPS. If you require a specific carrier please note on the order in comments section or call us directly. Our toll-free number is 877-744-2913.

Returns / Exchanges
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on returns and exchanges.
We only accept returns purchased from Simply Birkenstock and within 30 days of delivery. After this time period you will receive a store credit (or exchange).
The shoe box must be shipped inside a shipping box. Do not adhere labels, tape or any markings on the shoe box.
Returned items must be UNWORN and in NEW condition in the original packaging. Please note Birkenstocks very quickly show foot imprints on tried on shoes. Once we receive your return and accept the condition of the return, we will refund your original method of payment or exchange.
Include inside the return: A copy of your original receipt, your name, address and phone number and what you would like to do: refund, exchange, store credit. If you are exchanging please let us know what you would like in exchange – color, size, style…
